Hello and welcome to my website! My name is Janalexine Millena, but you can call me Jana. I am a Journalism major and a senior at San Diego State University. Here, I will be sharing some blogs, stories, and projects for my JMS 430 class. What I aspire to do after graduation is to work on editorial magazines and multimedia content. On the side, I would like to try working for advertising campaigns for brands or covering stories in the entertainment industry.
What I hope to achieve after this class is getting creative with my website and figure out what I want my content to be. I always thought the idea of creating a website was fun and interesting, especially you're creating something that represents you. Not only that, but I'm also incorporating it with my major and future profession. I'm curious to see how Digital Journalism looks today and learn the use of reporting and writing on technology. I also hope this class will teach me who I want my target audience to be for the content I want to put out.
